Pokémon Spriggy cards have landed. Five officially licensed designs to bring delight to your kids’ money journey and create memories your family will cherish for a lifetime.
How do I order a replacement card?
You can order a replacement card in the app by following these steps:
Make sure you have the latest Spriggy app and you've logged in.
Select your child’s profile and tap Spriggy Card.
Tap Manage in the top right corner.
Tap Order a New Card and follow the prompts.
There is a $10 replacement card fee, which will be deducted from your Connected Account, so please make sure there’s enough money available there. Once ordered, we’ll send the new card your way! See the PDS for more details.
I’m having issues ordering a replacement card.
If you weren’t able to order a Pokémon card in-app, we can help. Start an in-app chat with our Member Help team and be sure to include the following details:
Child's full name
Child's date of birth
Postal address listed on the membership
How long does it go for?
Spriggy members get exclusive early access to order Pokémon Spriggy cards from 8 December 2025 to 10 December 2025.
Why is it exclusive?
Between 8 and 10 December, Pokémon Spriggy cards won’t be available to new families signing up. This window is just for our existing members so you can get in first. With limited quantities available, we wanted you to have the earliest pick.
When will my card(s) arrive?
Cards usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
Will the cards arrive in time for Christmas?
If you’re planning to gift a Pokémon Spriggy card, we recommend placing your order before 15 December to give it the best chance of arriving before Christmas.
Can I still order a replacement card after exclusive early access finishes?
Yes, you can. After the member-only window, cards will be available to everyone, although stock is limited. If you want the kids to have theirs before Christmas, we recommend ordering during the exclusive access period so you don’t miss out.
