How do I set up scheduled Top Ups?

The steps to take to set up regular scheduled Top Ups.

Scheduled Top Ups are a great way to make sure you always have money in your Parent Wallet to pay your kids’ pocket money, jobs and send them money quickly in an emergency. You can schedule weekly or fortnightly payments from your Connected Account to your Parent Wallet.

First things first, make sure you’re using the latest version of the Spriggy app.

To set up Scheduled Top Ups:

  1. Log into Spriggy using your Primary Parent Login.

  2. Tap ‘Parent Wallet’.

  3. Tap ‘Scheduled Top Ups’.

  4. Tap ‘Set up Scheduled Top Ups’.

  5. Select ‘Weekly’ or ‘Fortnightly’.

  6. Scroll to select your start date, then tap ‘Next’.

  7. Enter the Top Up amount weekly/fortnightly, or select a suggested amount, tap ‘Next’.

  8. Check your scheduled Top Up details, then tap ‘Confirm’.

Your Connected Account (debit card or bank account) must have sufficient funds for your scheduled Top Ups to be successful. If not, your Scheduled Top Up will fail and Spriggy won’t attempt to take the money again until the next Top Up date.
