Become a super-parent and ever miss pocket money payments again! Our Scheduled Pocket Money feature lets you automate pocket money payments. Just set it up once and it’ll get paid out weekly or fortnightly.

First things first, make sure you’re using the latest version of the Spriggy app.

To set up Schedule Pocket Money:

  1. Log into Spriggy using your Parent Login.

  2. Select the child who you want to schedule pocket money for.

  3. Tap ‘Scheduled Pocket Money’.

  4. Tap the ‘Pocket Money’ toggle to enable scheduled payments.

  5. Tap the pencil next to ‘Frequency’, select ‘Weekly’ or ‘Fortnightly’, tap ‘Done’.

  6. Tap the pencil next to ‘Paid next’, scroll to select the date, tap ‘Done’.

  7. Tap the pencil next to ‘Amount’, enter the amount or select a suggested amount, tap ‘Done’.

  8. Tap the pencil next to ‘Paid to’, select where you’d like the money to be paid, tap ‘Done’.

  9. Tap ‘Save’.

  10. Repeat for as many kids as required.

To pause Scheduled Pocket Money:

  1. Log into Spriggy using your Parent Login.

  2. Select the child who you want to schedule pocket money for.

  3. Tap ‘Scheduled Pocket Money’.

  4. Tap the ‘Pocket Money’ toggle to disable payments.

Pocket money is paid from your Parent Wallet. If you don’t have enough money in your Parent Wallet, the pocket money won’t be paid to your kid’s card. To make sure that never happens, consider scheduling top ups to your Parent Wallet from your Connected Account. See this guide to help you set up Scheduled Top Ups.
