You can top up your Parent Wallet any time, in-app.
To top up your Parent Wallet:
Log into Spriggy using your Primary Parent Login.
Tap ‘Top Up’ in the ‘Parent Wallet’ tile.
Enter the amount to top up (min $10), or tap a preset amount.
Tap ‘Next’, then ‘Confirm’.
Tap ‘Done’, and your top up is complete.
You can use a debit card or bank account as your Connected Account.
Top ups from a debit card take just a few minutes to reach your Parent Wallet.
Top ups from a bank account typically take 5 business days (due to bank processing times) to reach your Parent Wallet. Processing times do not include public holidays or weekends.
You can only have one Connected Account linked to Spriggy at a time, and you can change this from your Primary Parent login if you need to. There’s no charge for changing or updating your Connected Accounts. For faster top ups, see this guide to update your Connected Account.
