You can top up your Parent Wallet any time, in-app.
To top up your Parent Wallet:
Log into Spriggy using your Primary Parent Login.
Tap ‘Top Up’ in the ‘Parent Wallet’ tile.
Enter the amount to top up (min $10), or tap a preset amount.
Tap ‘Next’, then ‘Confirm’.
Tap ‘Done’, and your top up is complete.
You can use a debit card or bank account as your Connected Account.
Top ups from a debit card take just a few minutes to reach your Parent Wallet.
Top ups from a bank account using PayTo are processed in near real time.
You can only have one Connected Account linked to Spriggy at a time, and you can change this from your Primary Parent login if you need to. There’s no charge for changing or updating your Connected Accounts. For faster top-ups, see this guide to update your Connected Account.
