How to update your mobile, email or postal details
Log in to your Spriggy app.
Tap 'Settings' in the top right hand corner.
Tap 'Contact help' and choose 'Contact Spriggy Member Help'.
Tap 'Send us a message'.
Select ‘Updating my details’ to start a conversation.
Tap ‘My mobile or email’ or ‘My mailing address’ and follow the prompts.
If you’re ordering a replacement card in-app, update your postal address (if required) as part of this process.
