How do I update my personal details?

Everything you need to know about updating your mobile, email and postal address.

If you’re looking to update your personal details, you’ll need to get in touch with us so we can help you do this. The fastest way to reach out is via our in-app chat. This lets us know who’s getting in touch and we can get straight to helping you.

How to update your mobile, email or postal details

  1. Log in to your Spriggy app.

  2. Tap 'Settings' in the top right hand corner.

  3. Tap 'Contact help' and choose 'Contact Spriggy Member Help'.

  4. Tap 'Send us a message'.

  5. Select ‘Updating my details’ to start a conversation.

  6. Tap ‘My mobile or email’ or ‘My mailing address’ and follow the prompts.

If you’re ordering a replacement card in-app, update your postal address (if required) as part of this process.

You can also contact us using web-chat or via email.
