How to update your address
To update your postal address, please follow the below steps:
Log in to your Spriggy app.
Tap the cog icon in the top-right corner.
Select Your Profile, then tap Edit Profile.
Enter your 4-digit PIN.
Tap Address and enter your new postal address.
Tap Save.
How to update your email
1. Log in as a Parent.
2. Tap the cog icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select Your Profile, then tap Edit Profile.
4. Enter your 4-digit PIN.
5. Tap Email, enter your new email address, and tap Update.
6. Check your new email for a 6-digit authentication code.
7. Enter the code and tap Verify Code.
8. Your email should now be updated.
