How do I order a replacement card?

Everything you need to know about ordering a replacement card.

Here’s how to order a replacement Spriggy card if you need to:

  1. On the Spriggy app, go to the profile of your child whose card is lost.

  2. Tap ‘Card Balance’, then ‘Manage’.

  3. Select ‘Order Replacement Card’ and tap to choose your child’s new card design.

  4. Check your address, tap to edit if you need to update your address.

  5. Tap ‘Confirm and Pay’. The $10 charge for the replacement card will come out of your Parent Wallet. Or you can choose to 'Pay from Connected Account'.

Your kid’s new Spriggy card will be on its way to you soon!

Replacement Cards can only be ordered by a Primary Parent.

If you’re having trouble with the steps above, it might be because you need to update your Spriggy app to the latest version on iOS or Android. If you need help logging into the app, read this article.

Note: Unless you’re issued a replacement card because your card has expired, there will be a $10 fee when you order a replacement card. See the PDS for more details.
