How do I order a replacement card?

Everything you need to know about ordering a replacement card.

You can order a replacement card in the app by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your parent profile.

  2. Select your child’s profile and tap Spriggy Card.

  3. Tap Manage in the top right corner.

  4. Tap Order a New Card and follow the prompts.

Replacement Cards can only be ordered by a Primary Parent.

Note: Unless you’re issued a replacement card because your card has expired, there will be a $10 fee when you order a replacement card. See the PDS for more details.
