To put it simply, a Spriggy Card is not a credit card.

A Spriggy Card is a prepaid VISA debit card and this means a child can only spend the money that is loaded onto their Spriggy Card. There is simply no credit.

When money is spent on a Spriggy Card it is instantly debited and this reflected in a child (reducing) Spriggy Card balance.

Let's face it, it's almost guaranteed that our kids will use some form of card for payment as they grow up.

Spriggy Cards are specifically designed to help facilitate a practical, real-world learning experience, helping kids build a sense of independence and move families away from the bank of mum and dad.

Giving a young person responsibility for their own money and regular pocket money through Spriggy Pocket Money sends a clear message – it gives them a budget to manage, and when that money is gone, it’s gone!
