Where can I find my onboarding token?

In order for you to access the SQR application, one of our partner organisations must have identified a need to verify your identity. If this is the case, you will have been sent an email from noreply@sqr.id which contains the onboarding token needed to create your SQR account, along with detailed instructions to follow. If you cannot see this email in your main inbox, please check your spam folder.

If you still can't find the email or the token, contact either the organisation you're working with or SQR for assistance. Remember, onboarding tokens are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. If your token has expired, contact the issuing company to request a new one.
