How can I change my company name?

To change your company name,

  • You can go to Settings -> Company info.

  • Edit the details you want to change, hit "Save changes" when you're done.

But please note that once you change the company name, your website name will change too. It will be companyname.squadtrip.com/login

I run 3 different travel brands, do I need separate accounts for each?

We are working on creating a feature for you to manage all brands under one account. But for now, you’d have to build 3 separate accounts for each brand.

When the feature is ready, we would be happy to combine all accounts into one super account.

How to change where payments are sent to?

To change your payment-receiving account

  • You will need to log in to your stripe account at stripe.com

  • You can update your bank information there

How do I know what bank/account I have linked here?

You can view and change your bank account info in your stripe account

  • Login you account at Stripe.com, which is the platform that collects the money and sends to your account.

Our company does not store card info from your customers or your bank info directly. Instead our payment partner Stripe.com handles all that.

How to change the card I want to use?

You can change the card on file by clicking “Pay Now”. A screen will pop up and you can click on the “Change Card” button.

How do I add my stripe account?

After creating your first trip it will prompt you again to add your stripe account!

If you go to publish the trip it will prompt you to connect your stripe again if you haven't already. If you log out and log in again, you will be guided to the page as well.

Can I change my payment method for the next installment?

Yes, you can change your payment method by clicking "Change/Update your card information" and fill the card information, then clicking "Update Card"

How do I add a team member?

We have to add the person manually. They will need to fill out page 1 of creating an account and press continue, Don’t need to do page 2. The person can either have full access to everything or access to specific trips...

Can I use Apple Pay?

You can pay via apple pay but it needs to be activated and only available on the premium package.

How do I create an account to manage payments?

You can create a simple trip host account on squadtrip, and manage your payments over there in "Company stats".

How to change the email address under “Contact Us“?

To change the mail under Contact Us,

  1. You need to go to the Settings

  2. Tab Company Info

  3. Update your mail address and click Save Changes

How would I be able to capture my sales in my own back office from your site?

When sales are made on SquadTrip, you’ll be able to analyze all details via our internal dashboard, so that you know who’s paid what, and who’s booked what at any time.

And you can also export the file as needed.
