Do you send receipts and payment reminders?

Of course! When you create your trip, the logo used will be used for your receipts. 2 days before any scheduled payment, we will send an automatic email to remind your travelers that we will be automatically charging their card, so that they can ensure funds are available. If the payment is successful, they will receive a receipt confirmation and so will you. If the payment is unsuccessful, they will receive a notice along with the reason for the failed payment, and a link to make a payment ASAP.

How to create Multiple Choice Registration Questions?

To add Multiple Choice Questions,

  • You can go to Trip Builder -> Registration Questions.

  • Under "Choose a question type" dropdown,

  • You can select either "Short Answer" or "Multiple Choice"

  • Fill the fields and click “Save"

How to create itinerary?

To add an itinerary for your trip,

  • You can go to Trip Builder -> Itinerary

  • Enter details for the day by adding images and detailed descriptions.

  • You may also add multiple items for this day using a title, proper detailed description, and visuals to catch more customers and share a brief about the day.

  • Then click "+Add Day Item" button to add it to your day.

  • After Adding all details about your day, scroll down and click "Save" button. The day itinerary is now added to your trip.

How to create package?

To create packages options for your trip,

  • You can go to Trip Builder -> Packages

  • Enter the package name, details of what include in that package, dates cost, and the number of seats available for that package.

  • After Adding all details about the package, scroll down and click "Save" button.

  • The package is now added to your trip.

How to create a promo code for a trip?

To create promo codes for your trip on SquadTrip.com, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your SquadTrip account

  • Click on the "Company Stats" tab.

  • Click on "Promo Code" section and click on the "Destination Group".

  • Find the trip for which you want to create a promo code from the dropdown list.

  • Select “Yes“ or “No“ for “Would you like this promo code to be applied to all trip options”.

  • Select “Trip Option“ from the dropdown menu (the trip package for which you want to create a promo code to work from the dropdown list.)

  • Enter the promo code in the designated field. You can choose to make the promo code a certain Percentage of the total price or a Fixed Dollar amount.

  • Set an expiration date for the promo code, if desired.

  • Click on the "Save" button to create the promo code.

  • You can edit or delete the promo code whenever you want.

Share the promo code with your guests so that they can use it when booking their trip.

Keep in mind that you can create multiple promo codes for a single trip, each with its own unique code and discount amount. You can also view and manage your promo codes in the "Promo Codes" section of the Company Stats.

How can I add one addon 2 times?

Unfortunately, we don’t allow yet for adding the same addon more than one time.

Alternatively, You can add another addon as the organizer and have her select that. Call it second massage or something.

How to get refund upon trip cancellations?

To get a refund upon trip cancellation, you can cancel the trip by pressing “Cancel and refund” this will issue a refund. The funds take 5-10 business days to return back to the card.

How to change trip package dates?

First, check the trip date, on the trip basics page,

  • You first need to set the trip date on the "Basics" step

  • Then update the dates on each package of that trip

  • Then in the payment tab, you will see all of your packages

  • You need to select each package one by one in the payment tab and then hit “Save

  • Once you saved each package in the payment tab, Then click “Continue”

These steps will update the dates of your trip and change the dates of the packages as well...

Note: If you are not changing dates on the package the date of the trip won’t change.

How can I set a package to sold out?

Set the quantity to the amount already sold on that package.

How to cancel my trip?

You can cancel the trip when you click on the booked trip. Scroll down and you will see the cancel trip button on the bottom left, to cancel your trip.

How does Text Blast work?

When you click on “Text Blast“ you can add a list of contact numbers in the format below.

Add “,“ comma in between the phone numbers and don’t add extra spaces.

Remember to add the country code to avoid getting errors. and also don't add “,“ comma after the last number.

Or you can add the contact numbers in a CSV file like this Phone Numbes Sample and click on Upload CSV. It will automatically add the contact numbers in a usable format.

Can my travelers change their credit card after making a deposit?

Travelers can change their credit card, or answers to their registration questions directly from their trip dashboard. And if they need to pull up old receipts or contact the organizer, all the info is there for them to do so!

Is there a way to change the words "book now" under the main site photo?

No, currently you can not customize such things.
