💡 How it works
You create a listing for a specific reward — for example, 1 coffee, 1 pastry, or a haircut — at a price you set yourself (e.g. €3 for a coffee). That reward is listed in the SQUID app as a Wave Points reward, shown to customers in points rather than euros (so a €3 coffee appears as 300 Wave Points).
Customers who've built up a Wave Points balance can redeem your reward listing in-store, in the same way they'd redeem a loyalty reward — by tapping the SQUID tag.
It's built to run alongside your existing loyalty programme.
💰 Getting paid
When a customer redeems your reward, you receive the exact price you set for it — paid directly to you via Stripe Direct Debit on the 1st of the following month. This means new revenue and new customers, with little to no operational change beyond completing sign-up.
