Can't find a reward you claimed, or a voucher you bought? Where it's stored in the app depends on what type it is. 🔎
☕ Rewards from local businesses (e.g. a free coffee or pastry)
⚠️ These rewards are stored on the business's loyalty card, not in the Vouchers tab.
Go to Wallet → Loyalty Cards → With Voucher
Find the loyalty card for the business you claimed the reward from
Open the card to see your reward
💡 When you're at the counter, tap Redeem now, tap your phone on the SQUID tag, and show the pop-up on your screen to staff.
🛍️ Shopping vouchers and gift cards claimed with Wave Points
These are stored in Wallet → Vouchers. Tap the voucher to see the barcode or voucher number. If the barcode or balance isn't showing, tap the View Balance button.
Vouchers that can only be used online are sent to your email with a gift card code.

🎟️ Prepaid vouchers you bought (Pay Ahead)
These are sent to your email and also placed in Wallet → Vouchers.
