SQUID vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This policy applies to all vouchers purchased through the SQUID app or other platforms. Once a voucher is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

While vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged, they remain valid for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This extended validity allows you to:
