Deactivate your SQUID Tag
To deactivate a lost/stolen/unused SQUID tag please follow these steps:
Log into your Business Portal
Click on the Locations tab on the left hand side of the screen
Toggle the Red slider to the right-hand side of the tag you wish to deactivate.
4. A pop-up will appear asking “Why are you deactivating this tag?"
5. Select your reason for deactivating and the Slider will change to Green to show that it's inactive.
