How to order a new SQUID Tag

To order a new SQUID tag, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into your Business Portal

  2. Click on the Locations tab on the left hand side of the screen

  3. Under the location that requires a new tag, click 'Order Tag(s)'

  4. This will prompt you to select the scheme you require a new tag for

  5. Follow the steps on screen and once your order has been placed we will get your new tag sent out to you as soon as possible!


If your SQUID tag is lost or stolen, you can easily deactivate the tag until your new one arrives. Simply press the 'Active' button beside the tag. This will then change to 'Inactive'
