Activate replacement SQUID Tags
Once you have received your replacement SQUID tag, it needs to be activated.
To activate your replacement tag please follow these simple steps:
Login to your Business Portal
Click on the Locations tab on the sidebar in your portal
Find your new Tag from the list, the letter is labelled underneath your tag.
Click the “Inactive” button to activate your Tag.
Activate your SQUID Subscription
Activating your SQUID subscription is quick and easy
Log into your Business Portal
Enter the 4 character activation code that is in your Welcome Box.
Choose whether to set your locations live now or later. If you choose to activate your locations later you will need to make them live in the Locations tab when you're ready to go live.
Once you set your locations live, your tag should be ready to collect stamps!
Test it out for yourself by tapping the SQUID tag with your phone (ensure you have the SQUID app downloaded first!)🦑
