How to cancel your subscription

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any stage through your SQUID Business Portal. All cancellations must be done this way.



To cancel:

  1. Log into your Business Portal

  2. Click the Account tab in the top right corner of your portal and choose Billing.

  3. Here you can manage your subscription

Note: Once cancelled, you will continue to have full use of SQUID until the end of your billing period
