The Agency Setup > Login Messages tab includes options to configure two types of messages that appear to Penelope users on the log in page: Login Page Text and a System Warning.

Login Page Text appears on the login page prior to the user being authenticated. Login Page Text is often used to convey a simple welcome message.

The System Warning appears after the user is successfully authenticated. System Warnings are often used to communicate when routine maintenance or outages will be performed for Penelope.
