Logging into Penelope is a simple process and can be done in a few short steps (these instructions assume you already have a password). Follow the steps below to login to Penelope using Penelope Authentication (not SSO):
To login to Penelope open your agency's Penelope URL (if you are unsure of what this is, please ask your System Administrator) in your browser of choice.
Enter your User name.
Enter your Password.
Press Enter or click the Login button.
You may be asked further security questions before being redirected to your My Home page or System Administrator page.

Depending on your agency’s Penelope configuration the steps above may vary slightly (e.g. 2-Step Authentication is turned on, Security questions etc).
Logging into Penelope for the First Time
If you are logging into Penelope for the first time, you don’t have a password and your System Administrator has turned on User Managed Password Reset click here for instructions.
What is my Penelope URL?
Your Penelope URL is the web address that you use to access the Penelope software. It is typically entered into your browser's address bar. If you access Penelope by clicking a link or bookmark, you can find your URL by checking the value that is filled in to the address bar at the top.
