Prior to creating a policy for a client’s NDIS coverage and/or trying to submit a claim to NDIA, the client’s Individual Profile must include their NDIS Participant Reference Number.
Adding an NDIS PRN
To add an NDIS Participant Reference Number follow the instructions below:
From your My Home page navigate to the client’s Individual Profile (use the search function or My Case Load to locate the Individual) .
On the Profile tab click Edit.
In the Participant Reference No. field (Individual Identifier section) enter the client’s PRN.
Click Save.
This number is required for submissions to NDIA.
