As of Penelope version 4.22.1.0 it possible to select an NDIS Claim Type when booking a new event and adding a Cart Item to an existing event in Penelope. In both locations an Add NDIS Claim Type box will be displayed after you click Add next to the Service Unit field.

Important: For the NDIS Claim Type options to appear the Service Unit must be an NDIS Service Unit.

How to Add an NDIS Claim Type (Booking New Event)

  1. Navigate to the Book Event page.

  2. On the Event Details tab add the required Service Units (don’t forget to click Add).

  3. If an NDIS Service Unit is selected the Add NDIS Claim Type box will be displayed.

  4. Select the NDIS Claim Type and click save.

  5. Repeat steps 2-4 as required.

  6. Once all Event Details and Attendee information has been completed click Book.

How to Add an NDIS Claim Type (Adding Cart Item)

  1. Navigate to the Service Event page.

  2. On the Cart tab add the required Service Units (don’t forget to click Add).

  3. If an NDIS Service Unit is selected the Add NDIS Claim Type box will be displayed.

  4. Select the NDIS Claim Type and click save.

  5. Repeat steps 2-4 as required.
