The Coverage Unit Notifications page provides a list of Service Events which have Cart Items exceeding the limits of coverage (e.g. the coverage only have 5 units available and the Cart Item has 6).

On this page you can see a description of the error, access the Service Event and also view the Service Unit by clicking on the applicable ID number.

To resolve the issue click the Event ID. This will take you to the Service Event page where you can edit the Cart Item accordingly.
