Replies in the Collaboration Suite no longer use the rich text editor.

When a user creates a message or replies to a message in the “Messages” drawer of the Collaboration Suite, the user will now type the reply to the message in a plain-text box. Messages created in other areas of the system will continue to use the previous text editors.

This change has been made to relieve ongoing system degradation/latency related to a known issue in Chrome and Edge browsers.
