The Penelope Preview database comes pre-populated by the Software with case and sample data allowing your agency to preview and test existing features that may not have been used by your agency in the past. These features include ClientConnect, Engage, Billing, Pre-Enrollment, Anonymous Service and much more. In addition to this, as new features are introduced, these will also be made available in the preview database.
When is it upgraded?
The Preview database is upgraded on request. This allows your agency to always have a view into what is coming, evaluate how you will take advantage of it, prepare for it and test out any plans you may have (all while using sample data).
What will be disabled on upgrade?
The following functionality will be disabled on the Preview database as a precaution to allow for testing and training use:
MS Exchange
Credit Card Production mode
DSS System Production mode
What happens when the database is upgraded?
After your Preview database has been upgraded to a new version of Bonterra:
MS Exchange queue and error queue will be cleared
