What's happening:

Questions answered in a Document have not saved when Finish is selected at the end of the Document.

Possible solution:

This is a common issue when a Composite Question is being used.

When information is entered into a Composite Question, the line that the information was entered into needs to be saved.

If the the Composite Question line is still in "edit mode" and another line has not been added after it, then it has not been saved and the information entered into it will not be saved when the Document has been finished.
