If a user encounters this error logging in, we suggest that a System Administrator reviews the following article for steps on resolving password and username related issues --

In addition, users with apostrophes in their login credentials will see issues logging in on iOS mobile devices. For example, the username CO'Hare will always result in a "The user name and password do not match" error on iOS. It is suggested that for any users with apostrophes in their names that the apostrophes are removed from their Penelope login credentials.
