This occurs when the swatch source is set to display variant images, but specific images have not been assigned to each variant in Shopify. In such cases, our app defaults to using the product's first image for all swatches. To ensure each swatch displays its unique image, you'll need to assign specific images to each variant in the Shopify backend.
Step: Assign Images to Variants
Access Your Products:
In your Shopify admin, go to Products.
Edit Product Details:
Click on the name of the product you want to update.
Navigate to Variants:
Scroll to the Variants section.
Add Images to Variants:
Click the image icon next to the variant you wish to assign an image to.
Choose a product image from your existing library, or click Add image to upload a new one from your device.
Complete the Process:
Click Done.
Ensure to click Save to apply the changes.
Assigning specific images to your variants allows for accurate representation in swatches, enhancing the customer's shopping experience by providing clear, visual differentiation between product options.
