If you are receiving unwanted messages from someone on StartPlaying, you have the option to block them and prevent future messages.
Blocking makes sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience on StartPlaying!
What Does it Mean to Block Someone?
If you are a Game Master:
They cannot message you
Your conversation with them is deleted
They cannot join your games
If you are a Player:
They cannot message you
Your conversation with them is deleted
How to Block Someone
Go to your Messages
Click on the conversation of the person you want to block
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner
Select Report Player
In the Report Player form, choose Yes under “Would you like to block this person?”
Click Send report
Note: You must have an existing conversation with someone to block them.
How to Unblock Someone
Players and GMs cannot currently unblock users directly.
