If you are receiving unwanted messages from someone on StartPlaying, you have the option to block them and prevent future messages.
What Does it Mean to Block Someone?
If you block someone on StartPlaying, they will not be able to message you. If you are Game Master, this person will also be removed from any of your current Adventures, and will not be able to join any Adventures with you in the future.
How to Block Someone
Go to your Messages
Click on the conversation of the person you want to block
Click the triangle icon with an exclamation point in the upper right-hand corner
Fill out the Report Player pop-up
Under "Would you like to block this person?" select Yes
Click Send report
How to Unblock Someone
There is not currently a way for players or GMs to unblock someone from their profile.
If you would like to unblock someone, please contact our Support Goblins at support@startplayinggames.com and they can unblock them for you.
