Active to Pending
If you need to change your campaign from Active to Pending to recruit more players, follow these steps:
Go to your Adventure
Click the 3 dots on the right side of the screen
Click Change Game Status
Fill out the information in the Change game status window, then click Change
Note: If you change a campaign from Active to Pending, it will delete your scheduled sessions and notify your players of the change.
Can I change a One-Shot from Active to Pending?
No, at this time you cannot change a one-shot from Active back to Pending.
If you don't have enough players by session time, it is up to you what you'd like to do. You can run the one-shot for the players that are available. Or, you can cancel the one-shot to make sure players don't get charged.
