When your game has reached the minimum number of players to start, you can change your game from Pending to Active.
Why do I need to change a game from Pending to Active?
You cannot schedule sessions of your game until your game is set to Active. This means your Players will not be charged and the game will not appear on your GM Calendar until the game is set to Active.
How do I know I have enough players to start?
If you don't have enough players to start your Adventure, the Start Adventure button will not be clickable.
You will also see an info box letting you know how many more players you need to start.
Once you have reached the minimum number of players, you will see the the Start Adventure button turn dark blue.
How do I change my Adventure from Pending to Active?
1. Go to your Adventure, and click the blue Start Adventure button
If you need an example, the Start Adventure button is pictured above ⬆️
2. Confirm the Start Date and the Start Time
3. Click the blue Start button
Your Adventure will now show as Active.
Can I change a game from Active to Pending?
Yes, you can change a game from Active back to Pending!
Note: Changing a game from Active to Pending will delete your scheduled sessions and notify your players of the change.
Go to your Adventure
Click the 3 dots on the right side of the screen
Click Change Game Status
Fill out the information in the Change game status window, then click Change
