When your game has reached the minimum number of players to start, you can change your game from Pending to Active.
Why do I need to change a game from Pending to Active?
If a game is Pending, that means:
You cannot schedule sessions of your game
Your players will not be charged
You need to change your game to Active, to make sure:
You can schedule sessions
Your players will be charged
How do I know if I can set my game to Active?
If you haven't reached your minimum player count, you cannot set your game to Active. The Start Adventure button will not be clickable.
You will also see an info box letting you know how many more players you need to start.
How do I change my Adventure from Pending to Active?
Campaign
1. Go to your Adventure, and click the blue Start Adventure button
2. Confirm the Start Date and the Start Time
3. Click the blue Start button
Your Adventure will now show as Active.
One-Shot
One-Shots will automatically change from Pending to Active once the minimum player count is met.
Can I change a game from Active to Pending?
Yes, you can change a game from Active back to Pending!
📌 Note: Changing a game from Active to Pending will delete your scheduled sessions and notify your players of the change.
Go to your Adventure
Click the 3 dots on the right side of the screen
Click Change Game Status
Fill out the information in the Change game status window
Click Change
