Starting in December 2024, Instagram will adopt "Views" as the primary metric for all organic and boosted media formats, including Reels, Lives, Photos, Carousels, and Stories. As a result, Instagram will no longer use the term "Impressions" for its content.

🤓 'Video views' are the number of times a video has been played.

'Posts & Stories Views' is the number of times a content has appeared on a user's screen. Note that this metric is only related to Meta, and is private to the influencers. It will by default be displayed at 0 in your report; you can easily add that metric by clicking on the °°° next to the content in your report.

⚠️ To align with this update from Meta, Stellar will also replace the term "Impressions" with "Posts & stories Views." This new name makes it easier to differentiate these metrics from "Video views," which keep their original name.
