Open the affected section in Shopify’s mobile preview, adjust the controls it actually provides, then check the saved page on a phone.
1. Open the correct layout
Go to Online Store → Themes → Edit theme for the theme containing the section.
Select the affected template and preview the correct product or page.
Switch to mobile preview and select the Sternify section or block.
2. Fix the specific symptom
Text is too large. Look for mobile typography controls if your installed section offers them. Reduce the text size gradually and check the full heading in mobile preview.
Icons dominate the layout. Use a mobile icon-size control if provided. Image with Benefits includes Icon Size Mobile.
An image is cropped. Check the image treatment and composition. Important text near an image edge can disappear in a narrow layout. A separate mobile image picker is available only when the section offers one.
Spacing looks wrong. Review the section’s padding, width, and alignment controls where available. Change one setting at a time.
3. Save and check the result
Click Save and inspect the whole page in mobile preview.
Open the matching page on a phone and test buttons and links.
If the phone shows a different design, compare the published theme and the product’s template assignment.
For AI pages, the installed theme’s fonts and spacing can differ from the generation preview.
Still broken?
