When can I do express check-in?

Express Check in for Campers

Express Check In is our system so you can let us know you're joining us at camp. To complete your Express Check In, you must log into your account any time after 6pm the night before camp. Express Check-In simplifies your arrival process by allowing you to complete important formalities online in advance.

Completing Express Check-In ensures a quick and efficient drop-off process by streamlining the check-in and lunch selection procedures. QR codes generated during the process make morning check-ins hassle-free.

The check-in process opens at 6 pm local time the evening before each camp day, allowing parents to prepare ahead of time.

Navigating to Express Check In

Once you are logged in, you will be able to navigate to the Express Check In tab on the main navigation page or on your camper's profile page.

This tab is located as the last one on your account and might also be referred to as "ECI." Once there, you will be required to complete health screening questions before proceeding.

Selecting a Lunch Entree

Next, you must select a lunch option for your camper.

Options may include standard meals, vegetarian choices, and allergen-friendly dishes. Ensure you review what’s available before confirming your selection.

Screenshot or Print the QR Code

Once you have finished selecting the lunch options, you must screenshot or print your camper's QR code. This QR code must be provided to the camp staff when you arrive, and they will scan the code to finalize your Express Check In.

This QR code ensures faster check-ins, accurate records, and access to daily information like pre-arranged lunches.

If you encounter any issues during Express Check-In, ensure you are checking in after 6 pm local time, confirm that you are logged in with the correct account, and verify the operational status of your camp location. For unresolved difficulties, contact customer support. After completing the check-in process, verify and confirm the contact information for adults associated with your account. This ensures all details are accurate for the camp day. If the dropdown menu is grayed out or a location shows as "Closed," ensure that you are attempting to complete the process after 6 PM for the correct date and location. Check specific camp schedules in case of exceptions.
