Stinters are officially employed by Stint and are paid through our payroll. Making sure that all transactions are managed by us means that we are able to fulfil employer requirements, such as National Insurance, holiday pay, tax and pension.
You simply pay an hourly rate agreed upon between you and your Stint Account Manager.
Feel free to reward our Stinters with cash tips if you feel it is deserved, however, this is not a requirement in any way.
