We strive to ensure your Stints are completed by your dedicated Stint Team members, who will on average complete 80%-90% of your Team Stints. However, on some occasions you may encounter a Substitute Stinter.
Here's why this might happen:
Last-minute needs: We understand that you may require Stints unexpectedly. To ensure we can fill the Stint, we might need to assign a Substitute Stinter for last-minute Stint postings.
Team availability: Occasionally, your normal Stint Team members may be unavailable due to planned holidays, unexpected illness, or personal emergencies. Substitute Stinters ensure your Stints remain on track during these times.
What to expect from a Substitute Stinter
Substitute Stinters are pre-vetted and possess the necessary skills to complete your Stint successfully. While they may not be part of your regular Stint Team, they will have undergone similar training to your dedicated Stint Team members. This ensures they can deliver the same high-quality service you expect.
Please note that Substitute Stinters will not return to your business week after week like your Team Stinters do.
