Even if your business doesn't have a Stint Team currently, our aim with everyone is to ensure the majority of your Stints are carried out by Repeat Stinters (Stinters that have already completed a Stint at your business).

Post your Stints as far in advance as possible.
Rate every Stinters you have (positive or negative is fine - we understand that not everyone will be a good fit!).
Treat your Stinters well! It is natural that they will want to return to places where they have had a good experience.
