After a Stinter has completed their first Trial Stint at your business, you have the option to "Pass" or "Fail" them on the Stint app.

Failing a Stinter

If you decide a Stinter isn't the right fit for your Stint Team, you can "Fail" them.

This is a normal part of the Trial Stint process and helps ensure compatibility for both sides. You'll be prompted to offer feedback in the app.

Every Stinter will receive this after their Trial, so here are some tips for providing constructive feedback:

  • Focus on specifics: Instead of vague statements, point out specific areas where the Stinter could have improved.

  • Be positive: Maintain a professional and encouraging tone so they can learn from their experience and apply it to other Stint Team opportunities.

Our goal is to connect you with the best Stinters for your Team. If a Stinter doesn't work out, we'll actively search for a more suitable replacement based on your needs.

Passing a Stinter

If the Stinter has completed their Trial Stints successfully, great news! You can “Pass” them in the Stint app.

You will be prompted to provide a reason why you’re passing them - this helps us find equally suitable Stinters for your Stint Team in the future. They will be added to your Stint Team immediately and able to pick up weekly Stints at your site.

Stinters in your Stint Team are required to complete a minimum number of Stints for your Team every week for the agreed period of time.

Please note: If you do not pass or fail a Stinter before the start of their third Stint, we will assume there have been no issues and they will be automatically passed and added to your Stint Team.
