To start, you will be notified via email instantly. You will also be able to view it on Stora via the Subscriptions tab on the left-hand side and selecting Upcoming.

You can then select the Subscription ID or press View to see the full Subscription details. Here you can make any Subscription changes if needs be such as changing a move in date or Insurance cover.

The next step is usually to ensure a unit is allocate manually or automatically before their move in day. If you have a Check-in process in place, you may wish to ensure this is completed first before allocation. The customer will be sent their Unit ID at 6 am on their move in day via email, alongside other customisable move in instructions including directions and contact details.

If you're using Stora Identity, we'll email you to let you know whether a customer has been verified or not.

That's it! Both you and the customer now have everything needed to facilitate a smooth move in.
