All ticket purchases to Strawberry Fields Festival are final, and there are no refunds available. As per the terms and conditions you agreed to during your ticket purchase, you are not entitled to a refund if your circumstances have changed and you can no longer attend.
The only exception to this is if you have purchased Tickets with Xcover via Humanitix and you meet those terms.
If you no longer require your ticket(s), you can list them for resale via Humanitix. Refer to the order confirmation email you received and click the manage order button to list your ticket(s) for private and/or public resale.
If there is no manage order button on your email, it is because your tickets have been purchased on your behalf. Only the buyer can action a resale.
Get in touch with the buyer of your tickets directly and request that they list your tickets for resale publicly on your behalf, or generate a private resale link that they can share with you.
Humanitix is Strawberry Fields' official Ticket & Resale provider. DO NOT exchange Tickets for funds elsewhere.
