Photo & Measure appointments in Street
As with viewings and valuations, you can book in photo and measure appointments for a property which can then be carried out via the Street Agent app.
Booking a Photo & Measure Appointment
To get started, head to the property page and click Create (at the top right) > Photo / Measure.
Tip! You can also book photo and measure appointments directly from the branch calendar by clicking on a date/time for a user and selecting photo and measure. For more information, see this help article.
After selecting the photo / measure option you'll see the weather for the coming week, giving you a quick overview of what days may be most suitable for the best pictures, as well as the calendar to view availability.
As normal with the calendar screen, you can click to select a date, time and user to carry out the photo and measure appointment, manually adjusting the times at the bottom left or by clicking at the bottom of the appointment on the calendar and dragging up / down.
Note - By default, only users in your branch that have the appointment type 'photo and measures' selected in their user account will be selected on the calendar but you can select any other users from the left hand side.
When ready click 'save photo and measure' at the bottom right to save the appointment.
Vendor Notifications
Once the photo and measure appointment has been booked, the owner will get an email confirming the appointment. This notification is called 'Photo & Measure Booked' and the content can be changed as well as the notification being toggled on/off.

Once booked, the vendor can login to their Street account (via app or browser) and view their appointment details. Though it's important to note, owner's will not be able to edit / cancel the appointment from their account.
Cancelling / Rearranging a Photo and Measure appointment
Should you need to cancel or rearrange a photo and measure appointment, head to the property page and scroll down until you find the Photo & Measure Booking card on the right hand side.
From here you can click the rearrange button to select a new date/time or click cancel which will show an on screen prompt to confirm the cancellation.
Either of these actions will send an automated notification to the vendor informing them of the change. These notifications are called 'Photo & Measure Cancelled / Rearranged' and the content can be changed as well as the notification being toggled on/off.

Carrying out the Photo and Measure appointment
The visiting agent can carry out the appointment via the Street Agent app, adding the relevant details of the property including photos, rooms, outside spaces, key features and descriptions. This information will then be saved on the main platform to save you from having to enter everything from scratch when you come to onboard the property.
Once the appointment has been completed and the details saved in the app, head to the property page in Street and you'll see the details you entered via the app are now stored against the property. You can then begin or continue with the property listing details process, making any edits such as re-ordering or removing photos, changing descriptions and completing any incomplete fields.
