Bulk Reassign Entities
You can bulk reassign the following entities in Street from being assigned to one user to a different user: Properties, Sales Applicants, Lettings Applicants, Sales, Maintenance Jobs, Tasks.
This is particularly useful when a staff member leaves and you want to transfer all properties assigned to that user to a different user.
Note - It is not possible to bulk re-assign entities from one branch to a different branch, only from one user to a different user.
How to Bulk Reassign
To bulk reassign users, head to Settings at the bottom of the left side panel > Account Administration > User Management.
Note - To access the User Management settings you will need a role with the permission 'Allow this user to manage users' enabled. For more information, see our Roles and Permissions help article.
From the user management page, click the three dot menu on the right hand side of the user you want to reassign from and click 'bulk reassign'.
If you cannot see a user, it may be that they have been deactivated. In this case, click the 'show deactivated' toggle to view these users as well. You can still bulk reassign from deactivated users.
Next, choose a new assignee for each entity such as properties, applicants and tasks.
You must select a new assignee for every entity to proceed. If you don't want to assign an entity to a new user, choose the 'unassign' option.
Note - It is not possible to bulk reassign one entity, such as Properties, from one user to multiple different users.
Click continue to review the changes and when ready tick the 'I've checked and confirm reassignment' toggle to confirm and finally click 'reassign records' and you're finished! The system will begin reassigning for you.
