How landlords can view their portfolio and individual properties

Landlord Portfolio Page

From the portfolio tab on the Street desktop account, landlords can access their portfolio page to see a list of their properties, including the rent amount (if the property is instructed or has an active tenancy, and tenancy status.

Note - If a property has an active valuation, the rent amount will show as 'unavailable' until the instruction is accepted.

Individual Property Page

By clicking into a property a landlord can see further details about that property. If there is an active tenancy in place, the details including rent, payment date, tenancy type, term, start and end date.

Appointments and Notifications

In the appointments and notification section landlords will be able to see appointments such as their valuation, showing the date, time and valuer.

Note - Inspections will not show in the landlords appointment section.

If the property had a valuation, the landlord will be able to see a copy of the valuation report from within their account, if you have chosen to send this when completing the valuation. If they haven't already, landlords can instruct your agency directly from the report.

Additionally landlords will be able to see notifications such as viewing questions and viewing feedback.

Finally landlords can quickly access their statements and documents from the bottom of the property page.
