Calendar (Agent App)
Within the Street Agent app you have access to your mobile calendar, allowing you to see what appointments you and your branch have, navigate to the address using your devices map app, check keys out and more.
From the calendar page you click the three lines at the top left to switch between different layouts, filter by appointment type and choose which other branch users' appointments you want to see. At the top of the calendar page you can also select the date and whether you want to view your calendar or the branch calendar.
Appointment Types
The calendar in the agent app displays the following appointment types:
Viewings, Valuations, Photo & Measure, Inspections, Inventory, Key Collection (Move In), Key Return (Move Out), Checkout Report and Custom events.
Note - it is not possible to create new appointments directly from the mobile calendar. Appointments must be booked through the main Street platform.
My Calendar
The My Calendar section has three different layouts - Agenda, 1 day and 3 days - which can be switched between by clicking the three lines at the top left.
Agenda
Agenda shows a breakdown of each appointment on a specific day, clearly showing the type of appointment, address, key information etc. The agenda view is typically used when you're attending your appointments for the day.
From the agenda view you can also click into an appointment to view the full appointment details and take a number of actions including: navigate using your device's map app, check keys in and out, call or text the client (with the option to withhold your number), manage viewings including no shows, feedback and submitting offers, and submit a valuation report after a valuation.

1 day and 3 day views
The 1 day view gives you a breakdown in a calendar format of your day, showing the time of the day and each appointment.
The 3 day view works the same but shows the next 3 days worth of appointments.

Push Notification Reminders
The Street Agent app can send you push notification reminders before upcoming appointments. The reminder time is configurable in your Preference Settings in Street and can be set to: 0, 1, 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes before the event starts.
The notification shows the appointment title and how long until it begins.
Branch Calendar
By default your person calendar will show however by clicking the 'my calendar' option at the top right of the calendar page you can switch to the branch calendar view.
Once in the branch calendar view you can click the three lines at the top left to choose which branch user's calendars you want to see and then view up to 3 user calendars on screen at a time.

Note - The branch calendar is restricted to users within your branch. It is not possible to view calendars of users in different branches from the Agent App.
If you need to see more users, click the blue arrow icon at the top right of the calendar page to scroll across.
External Calendar Sync
If you have connected Street to an external calendar (such as Google Calendar) via the Calendar integration, your synced appointments will appear automatically in your Agent App calendar.
Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
