Stripe Integration

Stripe is an online payment processing service and financial infrastructure platform that enables you to accept and process payments from your clients.

The Stripe integration is required to use the Client Payments feature, allowing you to setup chargeable services within Street and request payment from your clients who can pay via their Street account.

Setting up the Stripe Integration

To get started head to Settings > Account Administration > Integrations > Stripe. Click into the Configuration tab and then Get Started to be begin the setup process.

Note - Account integrations can only be activated by Company Admins.

If you are a company admin but cannot see the option for the Stripe integration, please speak to the Live Chat support team who can enable this option for you.

Step 1 - Branches

If you have multiple branches in your network, the first step in the setup is to select which branches you want the Stripe integration enabled for. You can select all branches or choose specific ones as needed.

Step 2 - Your Tax ID

Next you need to enter your Tax ID. This information is given to Stripe for the purpose of invoicing.

Step 3 - Connect to Stripe

Finally you need to connect Street to your Stripe account. Click the 'connect to Stripe' button and you'll be taken to Stripe and you'll be taken through their set-up guide.

Once you've completed the Stripe setup you'll be brought back to Street and will see the Stripe status of Connected.

The integration is now setup and you can begin setting up your client payment services. For more information, see our Client Payment (Settings) help article.

Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
