Note - The Partner Platform is currently in testing and is only available to Street Labs agents.

What is the Partner Platform?

The Partner Platform is a central hub for businesses that estate agents work with (ie, partners) to interact with and manage Street-related clients and facilitate referrals.

Currently the Partner Platform has been set up for mortgage brokers initially but further partners will be included over time such as solicitors and contractors.

How much does it cost?

The Partner Platform is included for free as part of your Street account however partners will pay £39 +VAT per seat, per month to use the platform.

Note - We are currently offering new partners a 60 day free trial to try the product.

How do I setup the Partner Platform?

The first step is for agents is to invite partners and set the commission settings for paying their staff which a company admin can do from within your Company Settings.

For more information on getting setup, see our Partner Platform (Settings) help article.

How does it work for Partners?

Within your Partner Platform settings you can invite partners via email who can then set up an account by adding their details including their business type, services offered and more.

Partners can also enter their commission details (if applicable) including how much they pay - the amount they pay your agency for being referred a client - and when they pay you. For example, a mortgage broker can choose to pay on referral, on application, on completion or a combination of the three.

For more information, see how partners setup their Partner Platform account and how they use their Partner Platform.

How does it work in Street?

Within Street you can refer a client to one of your partners at various stages within Street. For example you will have the option to refer mortgage brokers when creating a sales applicant or submitting a sales offer.

For more information, see our Creating a Referral help article.

Once referred, your partner will be able to see the client’s details to make contact and then any updates they make in their partner platform will update in Street for you to track.

Team members can also earn commission on their referrals - the amount your agency pays your staff - either at referral, application, completion or a combination of the three and track these in their My Rewards section which gives a breakdown of their referrals and amount earned. If, when and how much commission they earn is determined in your Commission Settings as setup in your Partner Platform settings.

For more information on how team members can track their referrals and commission, see our Partner Platform - My Rewards help article.

How can we track our business' referrals?

You can track your referral opportunities, successful referrals, see a detailed breakdown of your referrals pipeline and commission money earned via the Referrals section reporting feature.

For more information on how to track your Referrals, see our Referrals - Reporting help article.

Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
