Street Apps
Street has two apps available, one for Agents and one for Consumers.
This article gives an overview of how the Consumer app works, showing what your customers will see when logging in and linking out to more detailed articles on each section within the app.
If you are looking for information on the Agent app, please see this help article.
Street Consumer App
One of the great things about the Street platform is that it enables you to provide your customers with a convenient, professional and modern way to interact with you at specific points in their journey with you. The App will also automatically add in your estate agency name, logo and brand colour under each property in your agency.
It's important to understand that there is one Street Consumer app for your customers, called Street.co.uk, which when development is completed, will encompass specific functionality for Vendors, Landlords, Buyers and Tenants. Customers will be able to switch between these personas if they are a using an agent for a combination of these services.
Customer Login
The first time a customer logs in to the app they will see the welcome to the app workflow, that explains how the app works, based on their persona (vendor, landlord, buyer or tenant). However if they have multiple personas setup (ie they are a vendor but also a landlord) they will first be presented with a page to select which persona they wish to access.
Note - If your customer is having trouble logging in to the consumer app, see our login troubleshooting help article.
Once your customer has selected their persona and/or progressed through the welcome workflow, they can begin using the app for that personate.
Vendor Functionality
The vendor side of the consumer app will be available for any customers who have a property that has been instructed for sale in Street and allows vendors to self-serve with AML compliance checks, property information questionnaires, property listing approvals and manage viewings - as well as view details of their property, see viewing feedback, answer questions asked during a viewing and see the status of any offers that have been made.
For more information, see our Vendor Functionality help article.
Buyer Functionality
The buyer side of the consumer app will be available for any customers who have a sales applicant card setup in Street and allows them to submit AML compliance checks, manage their viewings and place offers.
For more information, see our Buyer Functionality help article.
Landlord Functionality
Similar to the vendor side, the landlord side of the consumer app will be available for any customers who have a property that has been instructed for let in Street and allows landlords to self serve with property information questionnaires - as well as see the details of their properties tenancy, approve maintenance quotes, view the progress of maintenance jobs and download invoices from completed jobs, and view their statements.
Note - It is not currently possible for landlords to submit AML checks or approve their listing via the consumer app.
For more information, see our Landlord Functionality help article.
Tenant Functionality
The tenant side of the consumer app will be available for any tenants who have an active or upcoming tenancy on a property and allows tenants to self serve by submitting maintenance requests - as well as being able to track the progress of ongoing maintenance issues and view key the tenancy details.
For more information, see our Tenant Functionality help article.
