You may wish to add a company record to Street if you work with a commercial investor, or a vendor such as a property development company.

Other than adding company specific information, the workflows in Street remain the same and you do not need to adjust anything else.

Adding a company as a new applicant

  • When adding or searching for an applicant, click "Applicant is a company"

  • Search for the company, and if it does not already exist then hit Create company

  • Enter the company information and add the company record

  • Attach an individuals information to the company record

  • Click "Create Company" and click "Create Sales Applicant"

Adding the company (applicant/owner change) to existing SSTC record

If you are looking to replace an applicant with a company please follow below, If you have not created the company within the system please do this before;

  • Go to the sale and click the applicant/owners name

  • Click the red bin next to the applicant/owners name and click "Applicant is company"

  • Add the company with the relevant individual information attached.

Adding a company as a new owner

  • When creating a new valuation/direct instruction, select "Owner is a company".

  • Follow the same steps as "Adding a company as a new applicant" from bullet point two onwards.

Note - It is not possible to delete a company record once it has been created due to how interlinked companies are with other areas of the business.
