Lettings applicants can be created in two different ways, via Quick Add (if an applicant calls or comes into the office) or through the enquiry centre.

Via Quick Add

If a potential applicant calls or comes into the office to register you can do this using the Quick add (plus icon) in the top right-hand corner of the screen. A registration screen will open and a prompt to check that the applicant does not already exist in the system

If this is a new applicant then you can complete the rest of the details such as the price they are looking for, how many bedrooms and areas etc.

Detailed Property Preferences

You can do two different matches based on the above.

Property Matches - You will be presented with all properties that match this applicant based on their requirements and have the option to send this Property Match directly to the applicant.

You also have the option to generate a Property Match without any communication being sent to applicants, simply untick the checkbox > Send Property Match.

Perfect Match - View the top properties most suited to this applicant based on their property preferences.

You can then add in any notes and assign the applicant to either yourself or another member of your team

Once save, the applicant will receive an email inviting them to set a password to log into their Street account.

Creating an applicant through the Enquiry Centre

When an Enquiry is received via Street it will show up in the Enquiry Centre in the top right-hand corner (just under Dashboard).

If the enquirer is not already an applicant you can create a profile for them by clicking Create Applicant

Then simply follow the steps above!

Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
