To create an applicant match, the property must have an active sales / lettings listing, if you would like to preform an applicant match before a property is on the portals, you would have to make property available but with the "low-profile" and "Do not publish to website" flags selected on the listing.
From your Street dashboard, use the Global Search Bar to select the desired property.
Within the Property Page, select the Marketing drop down, found within the navigation selection at the top of the Property Page.
Select Sales Applicant Matching > New Applicant Match and select your criteria such as;
Send Property Match Email to Applicants
Only include applicants who have expressed an interest in specific areas (See article Matching Areas)
You will be presented with all applicants that match this property based on their requirements and have the option to send this Property Match directly to the applicant.
Here you can tick the applicants you want to match to. Any applicants that are not ticked will be excluded from the match email.
These generated Matches will remain within the Property Page, here you are able to see each applicant's engagement rate with the property, such as how many times an applicant has opened/clicked the property link. This provides a good insight into the relevant interested applicants to follow up with.
You also have the option to generate a Property Match without any communication being sent to those applicants, simply untick the checkbox > Send a Property Match email to applicants. You can use this functionality if you want to create a ‘pre-live’ call list to give people advanced information about the upcoming/newly listed property for example.
When an applicant match is completed, it will show on the property page's activity stream section, allowing you to see which user ran the match and at what time:
If you are having issue with "This property does not belong to an Area within your Company. For this reason, any applicants with interested areas have automatically been filtered out." You can rectify this by checking where the pin location is on the property page, then going to your area settings and making sure this pinned location falls inside of the area it is meant to be in.
