In Street you can customise the viewing preferences on a property by property basis.
From the Property page, head to Info > Settings > Viewings. Here you can customise each of the below a settings:
Viewing duration, this will decide the viewing slots (we would advise using multiples of 5 as to keep the time slots presentable)
Visiting agent (if Online Bookings are enabled, the viewings can only be booked in with the agent specified)
Block Bookings (assign an agent to a Block Viewing window)
Specific availability (set up a recurring schedule or specific days and times)
Owner confirmation
Always
Sometimes (this will allow you to specify specific dates that the owner would need to confirm a viewing).
Never
